As an athlete, international coach, professor, head of institution and group director operations of many successful brands, I have learned one thing out of my experience that the system is the backbone of every successful endeavor and venture. This can only be established through well-defined SOPs, Processes, Procedures by professionals learnt through their ages of experience.
